While we strive to ensure every product meets the highest standards of quality and comfort, we understand that sometimes a purchase may not meet expectations. This Refund & Return Policy explains your rights, the process for returns, and our responsibility to you as a customer.

Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase. By placing an order on Cribies.com, you agree to the terms outlined below.


1. Eligibility for Returns and Refunds

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All original tags and packaging must be intact
  • Return request must be made within 14 days of delivery
  • Proof of purchase (order number or email confirmation) is required

Due to hygiene and safety standards, certain items cannot be returned, such as:

  • Underwear, socks, innerwear
  • Personalized or custom items
  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”

2. Return Window

All eligible items must be requested for return within:

Requests submitted beyond this timeframe may not be accepted unless due to manufacturing defects.


3. How to Initiate a Return

Once approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your return package.


4. Condition of Returned Items

Returned items must be:
✔ Unused and unwashed
✔ Free from stains, scents, and damage
✔ In original packaging with all labels attached

If an item is returned worn, washed, or altered, Cribies.com reserves the right to reject the return and send it back at the customer’s expense.


5. Exchanges

We gladly offer exchanges for sizing, defects, or product dissatisfaction, subject to stock availability.

Exchange Requirements:

  • Same value or lower
  • Exchanges processed only after returned item inspection
  • Customer must cover return shipping unless product is defective

If the desired size or style is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be issued.


6. Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, notify us immediately within:

Please provide:
📸 Clear photos of the defect
📦 Image of product packaging

Upon verification, we will offer one of the following:

  • Replacement at no cost
  • Full refund
  • Store credit

7. Non-Returnable & Final Sale Items

Some items are excluded from returns or refunds due to hygiene and safety:

❌ Personalized, embroidered, or custom items
❌ Clearance, final sale, and promotional items
❌ Gift cards and store credits


8. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to defect or error from Cribies, we cover all return costs.
  • For general returns (size, change of mind), return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

We recommend using a tracked courier service. Cribies.com is not responsible for return packages lost in transit.


9. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

Approved Refunds may be issued as:

💳 Original payment method (credit/debit/PayPal)
🛍 Store credit (Cribies Wallet)
🔁 Replacement product

Processing Time:

  • 3–5 business days for inspection
  • 7–10 business days for refund to reflect in your bank

10. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again
  2. Contact your bank/credit provider
  3. Email us at mccullough.mark.a@gmail.com

Refund delays are often due to banking processes beyond our control.


11. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase if not yet processed.

  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
  • If cancellation is approved, refund will be issued to original payment method.

12. Incorrect or Missing Items in Order

If you received the wrong item or an incomplete order:

13. Store Credit Terms

Store credits:

  • Can be used on any future purchase on Cribies.com

14. Abuse of Return Policy

Cribies.com reserves the right to deny excessive or fraudulent return requests, including:

  • Repeated “wear and return” behavior
  • Returning used or altered products
  • Bulk ordering with intent to return
